Post-Spinal Anesthesia Intradural Extramedullary Arachnoid Cyst Formation: A Case Report

The formation of an intradural extramedullary arachnoid cyst is a rare complication spinal anesthesia. We present case 34-year-old female patient who developed neurological symptoms including bilateral reduction in sensation and strength the lower limbs following C-section under MRI thoracic spine revealed lesion at level T11/T12 upper limit L1 vertebral body, which was pushing cord to side, diagnosis established. prognosis for this condition good surgical excision leads resolution symptoms. Proper prompt crucial rule out other differentials prevent permanent damage these patients.
